In the Fall semester of my junior year in college I did an internship at the Anthropologie store in my hometown. (I got school credit for it by doing it as an Art Studio independent study.) For the internship, I spent Wednesday and Friday mornings helping the Visual Display Coordinator and the Visual Sales Associate assemble displays for the Holiday Season. This included hanging 800 golden pine-cones from the ceiling. I don't mind performing tedious tasks when I know my efforts are going towards creating things as beautiful as these!
